The Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology is 100 credits 2- years course. In the first year, the course is of 24 credits per semester. There are four theory courses and one practical/field work.
In the second year, semester III includes five course work (four credits each) and one practical (10 credits) with total 30 credits. Semester IV has one interdisciplinary course (six credits), one ability enhancement course (six credits) and one project (10 credits). To understand issues related to employees from different cultural background, assessment and interventions.
To explain the concepts in positive psychology.
To study the significance of measurement, properties of psychological tool, process of test development.
To acquaint the students with competency- based application in HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Training, Performance management, development, career pathing and compensation.
